Hi, Can I Take Your Oder?

>> Tuesday, April 19, 2011

Unfortunately, I have been lacking in the inspiration department. So I had an idea... why not ask you guys what you'd like to see more on VeganPandamonium? For example, is there a dish you've been craving lately? How about your favorite meal that you haven't been able to have since you went vegan? Just leave a comment with a dish you'd like to be veganized and I'll get to working.

Order up!

Ive been craving good ol' fashioned pub food lately... but I'm more of a baker than a chef...
vegan mozerella sticks
jalepano poppers
beer battered tempeh
macaroons

Any advice on using tempeh would be greatly appreciated! I'm super new to being vegan and just gulping down as much information as possible :D

I'm looking for someone to take on the task of creating a vegan Tim Tam, the cookie from Australia that is perfect for sipping hot tea through. Its one of my all time favorite desserts and I miss it desperately.

It's a rainy day where I live, and I'm making my rainy day stew. The only problem is...it's the only rainy day stew I have. I'd love it if you had any recipes for a hearty soup of stew with ingredients that are currently in season (:

I'd love to know how to make a good lentil burger, so that I don't have to eat out every time I'm craving one.

I'll admit, I recently started eating chicken again but really want to be 100 percent vegan. Can you please tell me what can I make to help satisfy the craving.

I'd love to see more gluten free vegan recipes! Also, I just came back from Korea and really want to try my hand at a vegan version of their spicy soft tofu soup but I SUCK at making soups . . . any help would be appreciated! Love visiting your blog--thanks!

How about some easy, yummy casseroles? One of my fave things about your recipes is that they use so few pots and pans and so I'd love to see some of your takes on good 'ol hearty casserole one pot meals.

I would love a great tiramisu recipe! Other ideas could be: vegan gyros with tzatziki sauce, vegan fraps, pain au chocolat, caprese salad, paninis, macarons, and beignets!

I have been jonesing after the following:
-kimchi
-bread pudding
-beer battered pickles
-homemade ketchup
-a new spin on stuffing
-persian stew dishes
-a good set of basic broth recipes (I hate using pre-packaged stock or vegan bouillon)
-homemade vegan poptarts!!!

All of these ideas are amazing! Especially the broth recipes... I always feel clueless. Also, I second the one pot casserole recipes, any ideas for crock pots would be great too! I've also been reading more into the "superhero" diet that Alicia Silverstone describes and would love some ideas for recipes that would fall into this category. =)

this may sound very plain but a easy vegan scone recipe that's 'healthy' would be so lovely!
