Ingredients

-1 Pkg. Extra Firm Tofu
-Tomatoes
-Avocado
-Fresh Basil
-Balsamic Vinegar and/or EVOO
-s&p

1. Stack all ingredients
2. Top with s&p and a drizzle of vinegar/evoo
3. Done!
