Welcome! I'm Sammi and this is my pup, Oliver. We are both vegans living in the Sunshine State who love eating delicious vegan food. I started this blog in 2009 as a way to show how truly easy vegan cooking can be. I do this by staying away from fancy, expensive ingredients, and focusing on simple, approachable dishes that vegans and omnivores will love! I'm not going to lie, as much as I enjoy cooking, I tend to decide what I'm going to make depending on how many dishes I'm going to have to clean up afterward. So whether you're lazy like me, looking to go vegan or just interested in trying out some new recipes, I recommend sticking around!
