-1 Pkg. Extra Firm Tofu
-Fresh Basil
-Balsamic Vinegar and/or EVOO

1. Stack all ingredients
2. Top with s&p and a drizzle of vinegar/evoo
3. Done!

Made the caprese salad for my sister and I. It was soooo delicious!
