2 1/2 cups baby bella mushrooms
1/4 cup almond milk
2 1/2 cups water
1 garlic clove
3/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 Tblsp. shoyu
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 Tblsp. dried oregano (though fresh is always best...)
1/2 Tblsp. dried basil (see above)
1/8 tsp. cayenne powder
vegan sour cream and green onion to garnish
1. Blend all ingredients together in a high-power blender (i'm sportin' a Ninja right now).
2. Serve chilled or hot with a scoop of sour cream, some extra shrooms, and green onion.
3. That's freakin' it!
