If you are one of the lucky winners of this cookbook, you can expect both recipes and photos from Torro's traveling experiences. Torro veganizes menus for you including:

Wow, I love this whole concept. Anthropology (very close to sociology) + a cookbook = <3
Oh, and pasta is my favorite comfort food. And ice cream.
Faux chick'n n waffles is my ultimate comfort food.
Ummmmmm curry dumplings sound fabulous! Thanks for the chance!
Comfort food...definitely nachos (tortilla chips, black beans, fresh pico, and lots nutritional yeast "cheese" sauce--maybe some pickled jalapenos).
Those macaroons look fabulous! I'm guessing (hoping?) the purple ones were made with purple sweet potatoes?
Pizza or fresh baked chocolate chip cookies!
Mac & cheese oozing with cheddar Daiya and Follow Your Heart!
Being from the south, I used to love country fried steak with cream gravy. Now I do it with tempeh. Thanks for the giveaway!
Oh man, the mac and cheeze and deep-fried tofu at Souley Vegan in Oakland. That restaurant is the definition of comfort food.
My comfort food is pasta, number one!
